Dual Enrollment

Dual Enrollment allows students to explore various colleges, majors, and course work. By trying out a few classes while still in high school, your child can become accustomed to college-level courses before leaving the comfort of your home. Chestertown Christian Academy will help facilitate Dual Enrollment with any college of your child’s choosing. Past students have dually enrolled through Washington College, Chesapeake College, Cecil Community College, and many others. If a student desires to work on their Dual Enrollment courses during the regularly scheduled school day, they must first write a proposal of their desired course and college. This proposal must then be approved by Mrs. Amanda Tuttle-Smith, who will work out the student’s schedule to ensure that they do not miss any required credits to take their Dual Enrollment course on campus.
